The University Archives and Special Collections (UASC) unit is responsible for the development and preservation of collections of unique or rare materials documenting the culture and heritage of Prince Edward Island and the University of Prince Edward Island, and for facilitating access to these collections. The main elements of the University Archives & Special Collections are the Prince Edward Island Collection, the UPEI Archives, and Rare Books.
