Our New Interlibrary Loan System Goes Live June 15

Robertson Library is switching to Rapido Starter, an interlibrary loan system from Clarivate. The new system has now launched (June 15, 2026).
The process for requesting materials is similar: identify a resource not in our holdings, then fill out the Interlibrary Loan Request Form with both the resource's bibliographic details and your patron details. Following the "Make an ILL Request" link in OneSearch will bring you to the same form (pre-filled). From there, you'll receive a confirmation email when your request is received, and a follow-up email with your digital document attached once the request has been fulfilled. No separate account logins for accessing requested resources will be needed.
The information you provide and the overall process remain the same.
No separate login required
Digital materials will be delivered directly to your email inbox. You won't need to sign in to a separate account to access your fulfilled requests.
Faster article delivery
We're expanding our pool of supplying libraries with a mandate to deliver articles within 48 hours, though most requests arrive within 2-3 hours.

Note: Our previous ILL system, Relais, began shutting down on June 1, 2026. If you did not export your borrowing history before that date and need access to past request records, please contact us at ill@upei.ca and we will do our best to assist you.
