I do not have fixed open office hours. I generally make appointments  from 10am - 4pm Mon-Fri, but for students who cannot get to campus or be online during those hours, I will make evening appointments - email me directly at least 3 work days in advance for those.

During my current medical accommodation to work from home, my appointments are conducted online, usually using MS Teams. I can also create a Google Meet. Email me for a meeting-specific link if you prefer that option. Teams allow for recording the session, but Teams fails to render shared screens quite right, so it's not a good option for discussing software/GUI design.

My area of research is focused on the use of ebooks in academic library collections, especially which of the many purchase/license models available to libraries today is most cost-effective and transparent for patrons.
