Our Interlibrary Loan System is Changing
Save your borrowing history before June 1, 2026
We’re excited to announce that Robertson Library is switching to a new Interlibrary Loan (ILL) system.
You will still request books and articles on the familiar Interlibrary Loan Request Form, but soon fulfilled requests for electronic documents will be sent straight to your email inbox without the need to sign in to an additional account.
Please note that in this transition, your past borrowing history will not carry over to the new system – so if you rely on your old ILL requests to track citations or build bibliographies, you'll need to export this history before it is permanently deleted on June 1, 2026.
Time-Sensitive Data Export
Do you rely on your past ILL history to track citations, build bibliographies, manage literature reviews, etc.?
Because we cannot migrate non-anonymized user data, your personal history of past requests will be deleted during the transition. If you need to keep a record of what you have borrowed in the past, you must export your data before our current system, Relais, is shutdown on June 1, 2026.
How to save your records before June 1st
- Log in to your Relais account.
- Under My Requests on the left menu bar, select Completed Requests.
- In the upper right corner, click Export Requests.
- Select the data headers you want included.
(Unselected headers are in the left column; chosen headers appear on the right). - Click Download. You will receive a .csv file compatible with Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets.
